Founder Daniel Jones has over 25 years in the fire service with experience in engineering, training, and consulting.
-Former State of Alaska and State of Oregon Deputy Fire Marshal
-Certified by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as a Life Safety Code® surveyor.
-ICC certified Building Plans Examiner, Fire Plans Examiner, and Commercial Mechanical Plans Examiner.
-B.S. Fire and Safety Engineering -Eastern Kentucky University
-Experience in construction plan reviews and inspections for all occupancy types including Education, Critical Facilities, and Healthcare including hospitals, long-term acute care, rehab, behavioral health, community based care, surgery centers, assisted living, residential treatment, memory care, and nursing facilities.
While in the fire service, Daniel found very few expert resources available to health care facilities for fire & life safety. He started consulting to address this void and to help ensure safety for patients, residents, staff, and visitors.
